CA Statewide Work
WEAVE served as primary writers and content experts for the 2019 revision of the California Health Education Framework, and developed the Early Identification of Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) Training Program funded by CalOES.
Education & Training
WEAVE provides curriculum guidance, instructional strategies, and learning activities for K-12 prevention education. Training and prevention work spans all ages from early childhood to older adults.
Direct Service
WEAVE's mission is to promote safe and healthy relationships and support survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and sex trafficking. WEAVE was founded in 1978 and is the primary provider of crisis intervention services for survivors in Sacramento County.
